Located in the heart of Windsor, Nova Scotia, Gladys M. Manning Memorial Home provides quality retirement living in a spacious and home-like environment. Nestled in the rolling hills of the tranquil Annapolis Valley and designed for seniors, it is comfortable, secure and affordable. It consists of two apartment buildings, with 78 two-bedroom apartments and a 24-unit apartment for Enriched Housing — 8 one-bedroom and 16 studio apartments. 

General information for apartments:
Heat and electricity are not included in rent
Kitchens are equipped with a fridge and stove
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available for the tenants’ use
Parking is available for tenants with cars
Furnished common areas are provided for the enjoyment of all tenants
All buildings include elevators
Buildings are secure from outside access (Independent and Enriched)
A dining room is located centrally and tenants who are not in an Enriched unit may purchase meal plans
All of our buildings are non-smoking

Additional information for enriched apartments:

Heat and electricity included in rent
Weekly Housekeeping services, including bed linen changes
Personal laundry available for an additional fee
Two meals per day (breakfast and supper) are included with the option to purchase lunch
Meals are served in our centrally located dining room overlooking the scenic Dyke Land
Emergency Internal Call System in each unit
Staff available 27 hours a day, 7 days per week
