“It is always a difficult time when you need to place a loved one in a nursing home. Spencer's staff were great to work with every step of the way and very understanding of the challenges you face. They communicate any changes about health issues and are open to your requests. Both of my parents were at Spencer's and when my Mom passed they were compassionate and very caring to help my Dad through his grief. The staff get to know your family member very well. It certainly puts your mind at ease knowing they are being cared for in a way you cannot fulfill.”
