Located in Bathurst, New Brunswick, the Robert L. Knowles Veterans’ Unit is a 13-bed nursing home care facility operated by Atlantic Baptist Housing in partnership with Veterans’ Affairs Canada.

The unit is part of the Villa Chaleur complex, which opened in 1994 with 10 beds to serve veterans. In 2003, 3 additional beds were added, giving it a total of 13 priority access beds. All of our buildings are non-smoking.

The Robert L. Knowles Veterans’ Unit is accredited by the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation.
